The Blind Beggar Musician Is Actually the Sun God

The Story

Aurelia Vale wakes from the flames that claimed her life, returning to the choosing ceremony three years prior. Her sister Lyra, her father Duke Varos, and Commander Cassian conspired to burn her alive, a fate she now avoids by rejecting Cassian’s proposal. Instead, she selects Auren, a blind beggar playing the harp. This defiance ignites a chain of divine signs, including a sacred flame that acknowledges Auren and artifacts that respond solely to Aurelia. Despite Lyra and the family’s relentless schemes to destroy their union, Auren’s divine power surfaces incrementally. The couple evolves from reluctant partners into true lovers. When Aurelia faces execution by fire for a fabricated theft, Auren shatters his godslayer chains. He reveals himself as Solarius, the Sun God, and confronts the corrupt forces directly. The pair dismantles the betrayal, exposes the underlying truth, and constructs a life grounded in mutual trust. They break free from the shackles of family obligation and political power, securing their bond against all opposition.
