The Story

A count's adopted son steps forward to replace the woman he loves as a sacrificial offering to a cursed king. No one has ever survived the night in his chamber. Inside, the monarch breaks free of his chains, transforming into a feral beast with burning red eyes. The young man places a hand on his chest, and the violent creature falls silent while the bleeding wound stops immediately. By dawn, he walks out alive, proving he is the only one capable of calming the beast. The church has long sensed the ancient werewolf blood in his veins, a power that could permanently free the king from their control.
