The Brat's Comeuppance

The Story

Sofía Serrano faces immediate chaos when her niece Cata destroys a skirt, an act Sofía mistakenly rewards. The situation escalates as Cata continues cutting garments, prompting Sofía's brother and sister-in-law to demand financial compensation from her. Sofía refuses to surrender her housing demolition compensation, exposing the selfish motives driving her relatives. The household descends into disorder when Cata shoves her grandmother and attacks a classmate. The brother and sister-in-law eventually turn against one another, causing the family unit to collapse. Sofía severs ties with this destructive environment, sending Cata to juvenile detention. She abandons the toxic situation entirely and begins a new life free from the burden of her relatives' greed and her niece's delinquency.
