The Cosmic Blue King is Level Zero

The Story

Eric stands branded U-10000 on Planet Y, where spacers hold ranks from S to F. The Blue-Skins, born without powers, occupy the very bottom of this rigid structure. His father cast him into the Wasteland for his blue skin, leaving him with no power and no rank. Yet Eric returns to dismantle the hierarchy that erased him. When he walks, even S-class spacers kneel before him.
