The Dancer He Destroyed
The Story
Nora Dean has spent five years dancing to earn the right to be called Adrian Foster’s wife in the eyes of his mother-in-law. She is close to reaching the highest honor a dancer can achieve, yet the love she sacrificed everything to prove herself worthy of has faded. Adrian, who once looked at her as if she were the only person in the room, now looks past her. The years of silence and sacrifice have eroded the connection between them. Nora is no longer certain that the affection she fought so hard to secure still exists. The path to her ultimate goal remains clear, but the emotional foundation beneath it has crumbled. She continues to pursue her career, driven by the promise that success will finally grant her the title she desires, even as the man she married drifts further away.
