The Day I Stopped Paying
The Story
Daniel Woods endures seven years of servitude for his wife’s family, who treat him as a mere servant and cash machine. The loss of his parents and the near loss of his daughter shatters his compliance. He files for divorce, severs all financial ties, and systematically dismantles the Sutton family’s empire. While they continue to live lavishly abroad, oblivious to the impending collapse, their reckoning awaits them back home.
