The Story

Threats from Liu Laizi and Lai Banxian force Shufen to protect her secret at all costs. When the Dragon King returns, a profound connection develops between the two women. A severe drought eventually strikes the land, prompting the Dragon King to defy fate. She brings rain to the village to repay Shufen's kindness.
