The Story

Mateo, CEO of Nubemar Group, departs for a business trip, leaving Lucía in charge of the company. During his absence, intern Marina fakes a pregnancy and poses as his wife to humiliate Lucía and sabotage a key contract. When Mateo returns, he exposes the ruse and reveals that Marina is actually the mistress of his sterile adopted brother. In a desperate act, she attempts to stab him but fails. The failed attack leaves her facing justice, while Mateo and Lucía end up together.
