The Story

Henry Smith, a legendary gambler, loses his brother David when his nemesis Lip Orville frames him and forces him into hiding. With no options left, Sophia rescues him, and he assumes the identity of Carl, working as a janitor at an underground Chicago casino. The fragile peace shatters when Lip returns, now allied with the mafia and mob boss Don Bazzini. This alliance drags Carl back into the dangerous gambling world.
