The Mistress Trap

The Story

Betty Bennett is the most sought-after escort in Fraudensia, a position that lands her in deadly trouble when Janice hires her to kill her husband, Austin. The promised share of the inheritance turns into a nightmare as the assassination attempt spirals out of control. Terrified for her life, Betty flees to her brother, Terry, for protection. Her stubbornness drives her to investigate the chaos instead of hiding. Terry discovers that Janice was his former lover, and their bitter breakup nearly ended in death. Janice remains blinded by her desire for revenge against Terry and his family, ignoring the consequences of her actions. Betty uncovers the full truth behind the conspiracy. She pursues Janice to make her pay for destroying her life and reputation. Betty sets a final trap to ensure Janice never harms anyone again, bringing the web of murder and deceit to a close.
