The Story

Ike Parker meets a violent death at the hands of a monster, only to rise again with the ability to transform into a magical girl. He wields this new power to battle crime, while his younger stepsister Annie develops a hopeless crush on him. She remains completely unaware of his true identity as the masked hero. The pair joins forces to dismantle an evil organization, ultimately saving the world from destruction.
