Iris wakes up to a life-altering discovery: she is pregnant with twins. Isabel, Eli’s grandmother, swiftly registers their marriage, only for Iris to learn that her doctor is none other than Eli himself. He fails to recognize her, mistakenly believing Alice is his wife. Under this false assumption, Eli demands that his supposed spouse terminate the pregnancy, forcing Iris to decide she will raise the children alone. Tensions mount as misunderstandings and Isabel’s persistent pressure strain their fragile connection. When Iris faces blackmail, the truth finally comes to light. Eli learns that Iris is his legal wife and the mother of his children. He steps in to protect her, and the sudden cries of the twins put an end to the confusion.
