The Moonless Light

The Story

A wolf who cannot shift faces brutal rejection and death, yet her blood unexpectedly awakens the ancient Moon Goddess. The sacred statue opens its eyes, and wolf packs bow before her power. The kingdom’s most feared Alpha drops to one knee to acknowledge her presence. The girl labeled worthless is revealed as the goddess’s true heir, a fact hidden for fifteen years. Her birthright was stolen, and her identity erased by a lie. She now reclaims what was taken from her. She refuses to rely on a king, a mate, or a miracle. Instead, she shatters the silver chains that bound her. She rewrites the laws governing werewolves and raises every Moonless forced to their knees. She buries the elders who ruled through fear. She declares that she is not anyone’s Luna. She is the one who came to set them free. Her path leads from the mud beneath the palace to the throne itself. She was not chosen by fate. She chose her own destiny.
