The Story

War god Vidal bears a wound that curses his existence after Ragnarok. Mortal Elena shields him from a soul devouring threat, sacrificing her own eyesight in the process. To atone for his burden, Vidal seals his divine power away to serve as a mute son in law, protecting Elena and their daughter Mia. Danger emerges when Elena’s cousin Karl conspires with the Fire Giants to sacrifice the child, who carries divine blood. In the face of this threat, Vidal unlocks his suppressed power and slays his foes. He then restores Elena’s sight. Karl attempts to frame him by summoning a divine judge, but the authority kneels before Vidal’s true form.
