The Proctologist's Brother

The Story

Ben, a recent graduate, suffers from hemorrhoids caused by excessive spicy food. His hospital visit reveals a shocking complication: his doctor, Ethan, is the son of his stepfather. The initial rectal exam leaves Ben deeply mortified, yet their professional dynamic shifts over time. Ethan presents a cold exterior but quietly monitors Ben's diet and provides meticulous post-surgery care. Ben develops romantic feelings for Ethan and begins eating spicy food on purpose just to see him again. Ethan initially struggles with these emotions, pushing Ben away. A clinic visit following Ben's failed attempt to date another girl finally breaks down their emotional barriers. After navigating misunderstandings and confessions, the couple gains family acceptance. They find healing together and settle into a shared home with a cat.
