The Story

Victoria conceals her true identity as the Mafia Queen until her daughter Isabella is critically injured in a car accident. Arturo and his mistress mock the tragedy, while the driver turns out to be Arturo’s illegitimate son. Victoria immediately summons her loyalists to exact revenge. She freezes Arturo’s accounts and cripples his son, forcing him into a desperate plea for mercy. Arturo attempts blackmail by threatening to withhold a bone marrow donation, but his confidence shatters when he sees the mobsters lining up to save Isabella. His betrayal of the Queen ultimately costs him everything he has.
