The Rib I Believed Was Love

The Story

Lily watches Jason cheat with Vanessa before he shatters her only cure and gifts her brooch to the mistress. She rips out the rib Jason tore from his own chest, and King Dominic saves her life with half his heart. She discovers Dominic, not Jason, provided the rescue. As Jason dies, he begs for mercy, but she refuses. His magic backfires violently. Vanessa crashes the wedding, and Dominic burns her.
