The Story

Jay Jones, the arrogant heir to Seaport’s greatest wealth, humiliates Josie and her brother in a roadside dispute before insulting Iain Stone. Unaware of the man’s true identity, Jay mocks the person he believes to be a stranger. His father secures Iain, the legendary National Healer who has never lost a patient, to perform life-saving heart surgery on the young man. When Jay arrives for the procedure, horror strikes as he realizes the doctor holding his life in his hands is the very individual he previously degraded.
