The Story

Duke Kasa returns from a monumental victory to find his third wife has delivered twin girls. The Emperor of Ghana, following the Empress’s advice, summons the Grand Archmage to divine and bless the newborns. The Archmage reveals a shocking prophecy: the twins embody opposing forces. One daughter will bring boundless prosperity to the empire, while the other will usher in endless doom. Kasa, who has dedicated his life to the rise of the kingdom and earned a medal of lifelong honor, now faces the burden of this prediction. The arrival of the twins marks a turning point for the Duke, as the fate of the nation becomes inextricably linked to the children’s natures.
