The Story

Villagers in Wafang force Flora Wong and crooked chief Doug Shaw to beg Alan Lynn to drill again after he buries their well, cutting off water and power. Alan Lynn refuses to back down until the community compels the pair to plead for his return. Doug Shaw then plots to seize control of the situation. Alan Lynn fights back using a legal contract and low-cost water. The fragile alliance between the villagers and the two leaders is about to implode.
