The Story

Arthur, a UN nuclear expert, lies dying of radiation exposure after hiding to protect a critical failsafe chip. In Manhattan, Hunter Sterling rams Arthur with a car and tortures him while police and mercenaries side with the aggressor. Sterling crushes the chip, triggering an eruption at his reactor. As the military storms the scene, New York teeters on the brink of nuclear annihilation. The city faces total destruction as the consequences of this violent confrontation spiral out of control.
