The Story

A reclusive suspense ghostwriter uncovers a deadly plot by her tycoon husband, who is crippled by mob gambling debts. He intends to murder her and their deaf-mute daughter to secure a multi-million insurance payout. She responds by crafting a lethal counter-scheme that manipulates him into killing his own mistress. She then slays and disfigures him, passing his body off as a mobster. Using ruthless psychological warfare, she coerces her arrogant in-laws into feeding their son's corpse to estate alligators.
