Susan Wilson and the elevator manager seize the elevator that Wendy Jones purchased, cutting off her parents' access. Wendy attempts to dismantle the structure herself, but her mother falls down the stairs and lies near death. Susan blocks the rescue effort, demanding that Mr. Jones sign the elevator over to the HOA board. Wendy scrambles to stop the situation before it is too late.
