This Time, I Will Not Back Down

The Story

Vivian wakes up in college with the painful memory of her previous life, where a simple refusal to share her private washer led to a fatal frame-up for an infectious disease. Determined to change her fate, she secures the machine immediately. Emily, undeterred, begins using shared equipment to wash intimate items, sparking a dangerous cross-infection across the campus. As students ostracize Vivian, she carefully preserves the evidence needed to expose the truth. The revelation eventually uncovers Emily’s deception, resulting in severe sanctions. Vivian moves to a new dorm, realizing that setting firm boundaries is an essential form of self-protection rather than an act of coldness.
