The Story

Jamal, a 280-pound target of relentless bullying, awakens with professional basketball abilities. He spends one summer transforming his game and seizing the starting point guard position. The rich antagonist responds by sabotaging Jamal's shoes and framing him for the damage. Jamal publicly exposes the scheme on the jumbotron. He secures a Duke scholarship in the process. The girl who previously doubted his talent now actively fights for him.
