The Story

Matteo Leone’s life collapses when his sister dies after losing her health insurance coverage. Driven by grief, he kills the insurance company’s CEO to expose the ruthless schemes of corrupt executives who prey on vulnerable clients. Now a fugitive, he stays one step ahead of the police while leaving deliberate clues to spread his message.
