What Doesn't Kill Me
The Story
Taylor defies rural poverty to secure a place at MIT, but her father and brother destroy her acceptance letter and sell her to a wealthy old man. She escapes with the aid of her mother and sister, yet all contact vanishes. A decade later, the world's richest person returns to find her mother beaten and her sister sold by her brother. Fury drives Taylor to crash a banquet honoring the most powerful CEO. Her brother, now her employee, fails to recognize her and publicly brands her a prostitute. The truth of her identity looms over the room, setting the stage for her sister's rescue and the reckoning that awaits the men who ruined her family.
