The Story

Adrian abandons his daughter Esther in a parked car to socialize with his childhood sweetheart Stacy and her son Lucas. The intense summer heat causes the vehicle engine to overheat and shut down completely. As the air conditioning fails, the interior temperature rises rapidly, putting Esther in critical danger of heatstroke. She begins to feel faint and dials her father for assistance. Adrian ignores the call and hangs up without listening to her distress. With her tablet battery nearly depleted, Esther reaches out to her mother Claire, begging for rescue. Before she can reveal the specific location, the device dies. Claire immediately launches a desperate search for her missing child. The race against time intensifies as the heat continues to build inside the trapped vehicle. Esther fights to stay conscious while her mother scrambles to locate the car.
