After the Divorce, the Mafia Boss Went Crazy

The Story

Alessia De Santis vanishes from the Rosso estate after discovering her husband Damian’s affair with her sister Bianca. Pregnant and betrayed, she contacts Professor Harrison to erase her identity within three days, leaving behind divorce papers and a ring. She reemerges as Elena Rossi, a medical researcher, while Damian discovers Bianca’s pregnancy is a lie and punishes her. Recognizing Elena despite her new name, he funds her laboratory with half his wealth and quietly protects her. He relinquishes his Don title to live in poverty and stay close to her. When their daughter Lucia is born prematurely, Elena suffers severe postpartum hemorrhage, and Damian remains by her side. The rival Romano family later kidnaps Lucia, forcing Damian to risk his life despite kidney failure. Moved by his sacrifice, Elena matches her kidney to save him. The surgery succeeds, and the couple reconciles under the morning sun.
