Kael Ashford stands as a punching bag at the academy, trapped in a Rank-D tier while everyone else awakens powerful beast souls. Hidden beneath his weakness lie seven divine beasts, including the Monkey King, the only living SSS-Rank entity. After his girlfriend publicly humiliates him, Kael survives an impossible trial and awakens the Qilin. His parent-killer returns as the War God, and Kael refuses to back down.
