Blossom in Armor

The Story

Riley Hale leaves the battlefield behind to marry Steve Barron, trading her armor for a wedding dress after saving the emperor. Five years later, Steve arrives with his mistress, Fiona Smith, demanding Riley surrender her home and status for Fiona’s upcoming wedding. Humiliated by the betrayal, Riley invokes a jade token granted to her for any request to end the marriage. She immediately returns to the front lines, where she encounters the Crown Prince. He falls in love with her at first sight, and the two join forces to quell unrest in the north. As they work together to restore order, they face persistent obstacles that prevent them from moving forward with their marriage.
