Ghost Groom

The Story

A woman completes her one hundred and seventh job, marrying a deceased client for three hundred taels of silver. Strict rules dictate that she must wed the dead to continue their lineages. When she accepts the one hundred and eighth assignment, she meets her newest husband. Yet this particular engagement feels distinctly different from the previous hundred and seven.
