Greedy son ruins self

The Story

Farmer Niu Aihua collapses during the birth of twins Jixiang and Ruyi. Long Xiao rescues Ruyi and raises her as Long Aoxue. Two decades later, Aoxue inherits the Long Group while Jixiang rises to vice president. A blood transfusion reveals Aoxue is not Long Xiao’s biological child, prompting her to travel to Chuanqing County with half a jade pendant. She finds her mother selling fruit and saves her from fainting. Jixiang, driven by his girlfriend Cui Min, sells his mother to Qin Dashou for a ghost wedding to secure a dowry and cover her medical bills. Aoxue recognizes her mother and rushes to the ceremony to expose Jixiang’s betrayal. The jade pendant confirms their bond as Aoxue reunites with Niu Aihua. Jixiang and Cui Min are dispatched to Africa to mine, and the Qin family is evicted from the village.
