The Story

Dustin Curran returns to the family that abandoned him, only to face a cruel demand for marriage. Sent to the countryside immediately after birth, he grew up under his grandfather’s care while his parents raised an adopted brother. Upon the elder’s death, Dustin joins the Clearwind Sect and dedicates himself to improving his cultivation. His parents suddenly appear, forcing him to wed Linda Collins, a woman suffering from a terminal illness. The family expects him to submit to their will as the discarded spare son. Instead, Dustin rejects their control. He stands his ground against the relatives who dismissed him for years. The parents beg him to leave the sect, but their plea fails. They soon realize that the boy they once ignored is no longer powerless. Dustin refuses to be pushed aside, marking a decisive shift in his status within the family.
