I Married a Gardener, but Got a Prince

The Story

Prince Philip of Lavinia escapes an unwanted marriage by fleeing to the United States. He encounters Anna, an American girl recently betrayed by her boyfriend, and poses as a royal gardener. The two enter into a flash marriage to protect Anna from her stepmother and stepsister. They successfully secure her maternal company inheritance and the rights to royal portraits. Philip eventually reveals his true identity to Anna. His parents accept her into their family, and the couple settles into a happy life together in California.
