I Teach Aliens to Farm

The Story

Frank, a modern engineer, wakes up on a barren planet with no cheats or systems to aid his survival. He joins the struggling Empyrean tribe, where hardworking Greylings toil for little return while the warlike Blacktides threaten to overtake them. Frank notices valuable crystals being wasted as explosives and decides to intervene. He creates fertilizer from these resources and challenges the tribe to a seven-day harvest duel. The aliens watch in disbelief as Frank applies his earthly knowledge to the hostile soil. The once barren fields begin to show signs of life under his guidance. The tribe’s fate now rests on the success of this unconventional agricultural experiment against the backdrop of impending conflict.
