I'm Sorry, My Daughter

The Story

Twenty years ago, a fatal car crash forced Edith Vance to make an impossible choice, saving her son Derek Hayes while her daughter Audrey Hayes was taken in by Chairman Sterling. Decades later, Edith visits Derek, his wife Bianca Vaughn, and their newborn, only to be disowned and kicked out until Audrey steps in. When the infant is diagnosed with leukemia and requires a bone marrow transplant, Derek and Bianca kneel to beg Edith for help. Her soft heart prevails, and she donates her marrow to save the child. The couple finally repents for their cruelty, leading to a full family reunion.
