The Story

Emily’s father forced her into a marriage with Victor, her long-time crush, to soothe the grief of her mother’s death. Three months after their wedding, she becomes pregnant and enjoys lavish care in Beverly Hills, believing her husband and father treat her like a princess. However, they vanish on the day of a critical high-level ultrasound. Before the appointment, Emily receives an anonymous video revealing her father in a groom’s suit beside Morgana, the woman responsible for her mother’s death. Morgana stands next to their heavily pregnant illegitimate daughter, who holds Victor’s arm in a wedding gown. The clip concludes with the father dismissing the marriage contract as fake, declaring the unborn child a bastard. Victor agrees, stating he will not let that child suffer the same stigma. Emily leaves the hospital in tears, only to find a vasectomy certificate on her phone. The accompanying message claims the baby in her womb will be the man’s only heir in this life.
