Love in the Depths of Time

The Story

Sherry watches her husband betray her with the housemaid, choosing silent observation over emotional outbursts. She meticulously gathers evidence, using opportunities to have him purchase clothes, transfer funds, and manage property for his mistress. These actions serve as undeniable proof of the affair and illicit asset transfers. While their daughter needs her father, he remains consistently with the mistress and her son. Seeking legal counsel for the divorce, Sherry unexpectedly encounters Colin, her college love. Although she previously ended their relationship to avoid burdening him with her father’s illness, Colin harbors no resentment and continues to care for her. With his backing, Sherry reenters her professional life. She executes a precise counterattack, securing custody of her daughter and fundamentally reshaping her identity.
