Married My Bestie's Dad

The Story

Eliza’s humiliation at Anson’s engagement party shatters her remaining dignity as a captive of the Hyde family. In a drunken act of desperation, she proposes to Dallas, the enemy of her captors and her best friend’s father. He accepts immediately, though Eliza remains unaware that he has waited years for this moment. Their marriage dismantles the Hyde grip on her life. Dallas severs Anson’s power, purchases mansions for her, and saves her from Claudine’s mango poisoning. Under his protection, she evolves from a victim into a confident career woman.
