Marrying the Delivery Guy

The Story

Emily stands under the harsh lights of a dating reality show, her life suddenly reduced to a public joke. Her brother, seeking to avenge their foster sister Sophie, forced a delivery worker onto the stage while she filmed. The crowd erupts in laughter as they notice his uniform, mocking the sight of the Williams heiress pairing with a courier. Emily freezes in shock until her brother steps close to whisper the truth. He reveals that she previously poisoned Sophie, who still holds a grudge after a stomach pumping procedure. To soothe Sophie, he orchestrated this humiliation to embarrass Emily publicly. He advises her to indulge Sophie, noting that the young girl is merely seeking comfort. He assures Emily that this is only a performance and the family will never allow an actual marriage to a delivery guy.
