Mistaken for the Lover

The Story

Vivian arrives at her son Noah’s wedding to offer congratulations, but the bride-to-be, Mia, immediately mistakes her for a romantic rival. Mia bullies and humiliates Vivian in front of the guests until Noah rushes in to stop the abuse. He publicly reveals that Vivian is his mother, and a furious Noah demands answers from everyone present. Mia attempts to escape the consequences by claiming she is pregnant. Soon, attention shifts to the upcoming eightieth birthday party for Noah’s grandmother, Catherine. Eager to win the elder woman’s favor, Mia prepares an extravagant gift. To the shock of all attendees, every single item turns out to be fake. Mia had planned to marry into the Harper family by using the child as leverage, leaving the identity of the baby’s real father unresolved.
