My Brother, My Family

The Story

Thiago’s protective instincts shatter when he slaps his adopted sister, Lara, to stop her from marrying toxic Davi. The violent act triggers a bitter two-year separation that only ends when Lara finally calls for help. Thiago and his wife Sara rush to the scene, confronting Davi and apologizing to mend their fractured bond. Sara later tracks down Lara’s wealthy birth parents, revealing a life of luxury that fails to match the warmth of her adopted home. Despite the financial riches, Lara misses her brother and sister-in-law deeply. She rejects the fortune and chooses to return to the genuine family warmth she values above all else.
