My Mechanic Fiancé Is a Billionaire

The Story

Adrian Cole fixes cars at Blue Ember Garage after abandoning his family's empire and Aegis Dynamics to protect the woman he loves from feeling small. Minutes before their wedding, his fiancée's limousine is hijacked remotely with dead brakes and locked doors. Adrian rescues her using a tow truck, but she humiliates him by demanding he enter through the service entrance so investors cannot see him covered in grease. He discovers the vehicle was programmed to kill Evelyn Hart, who runs Hartwell Group and faces a four billion dollar loss. By midnight, Vanessa's two year affair becomes public, his father names his younger brother as sole heir, and a gunman is hired to break Adrian's hands. Evelyn then kneels in the ballroom, holds up an eighty million dollar diamond, and asks Adrian to marry her. He accepts. Adrian reclaims his fortune through phone calls, signatures, and his garage, proving he is the reason many of these companies still exist.
