No More Guilt Trips
The Story
A ninety-six-year-old business titan wakes up as a fictional villainess, holding a pen with no regrets for her past life. Reborn as the Sterling family's lost biological daughter, Aurora finds herself trapped in a melodrama where the adopted daughter Chelsea weeps on cue and the fiancé sides with her. The entire household pressures Aurora to accept her role as the despised outsider, a path that leads to her death in the script. Having built and buried a corporate empire before, Aurora refuses to break under emotional manipulation. She systematically records every scheme and exposes the family lies at her homecoming banquet. Standing on stage, she dumps the fiancé and dismantles the family's failing enterprise. By transforming their business into a twenty-billion-dollar energy company, she rewrites her fate. The characters intended her to be the villain, but she claims the ending on her own terms.
