The Story

Wang Guifang holds a massive demolition payout with no roof left to cover her head. She gathers her children, Shengnan, Jiye, and Tianci, promising a share of the cash to anyone willing to care for her in her old age. Greedy for the immediate wealth, sons Jiye and Tianci agree to the arrangement solely to split the funds. Once the money lands in their accounts, they reveal their true nature, abusing Guifang and attempting to force her out of their homes. Shengnan discovers the mistreatment and immediately takes her mother in. This experience reveals the harsh reality that relying on sons is an illusion and only genuine character counts. Guifang takes decisive action by suing both abusive sons in court.
