Rejected at the bank, the moment I realized her identity

The Story

Zhao Ningxi fights through bureaucratic walls to secure twelve million yuan for her son Yang’s life-saving surgery. After hitting card limits, she seeks an increase at the bank, only to face Song Fangfang, a hostile teller who stonewalls every request with absurd identity checks. Ningxi endures the humiliation solely for her child’s sake. As the final approvals approach, she glances at a photo on her phone showing Yang with his mother, Song Fenfen. The realization strikes her with horror. The woman deliberately blocking her path is not just a stranger. She is Yang’s own mother. The truth exposes a cruel twist in the struggle for survival, leaving Ningxi to confront the person she least expected.
