Sold by her father to the vampire count, yet she was the only one he favored.

The Story

Eileen sacrifices her autonomy to Lord Valentine to secure her mother's survival. Her wedding night reveals a shocking truth: her husband is a twelve-century-old vampire with no heartbeat. The arrangement is not a marriage, but a transaction where her family offers her as a servant. Despite this degradation, Lord Valentine grants her freedom, yet she chooses to remain at his side. He rescues her mother from danger, and she awakens the power of the bridal ring. When Lucien is reduced to ash, Eileen lies in the vampire's coffin to share his immortality. She declares that while others previously made choices for her, she now selects him. The darkness that once consumed her through family betrayal becomes the source of her eternal life. She transforms the offer of servitude into a bond of shared existence, standing apart from the ashes of her former tormentor.
