Son, I Am Not a Maid

The Story

Martha Lewis faces a life of hidden pain after losing her husband Robert Sterling in a construction accident and her daughter Sophie while pregnant. Fifteen years later, she supports her son Matthew Lewis as he marries into the Sterling family, all while secretly battling black lung disease. When Matthew tricks her into selling her house to cover his debts, he deceives her into working as a maid for the Sterlings. Humiliated by her new role, Martha discovers that the father-in-law resembles Robert Sterling. Sophie Sinclair, now the CEO of the Sinclair Group, uncovers the truth and seeks a reunion. During Lily's birthday gala, Cynthia Sterling insults Martha, prompting Sophie to defend her mother and cancel a massive contract. The truth emerges that Robert Sterling had amnesia, exposing Cynthia Sterling's plot. As Martha falls gravely ill, Matthew repents, and she forgives everyone.
