The Awakening of Sleeping Beauty

The Story

A sleeping curse sends Princess Aurora from her fairy-tale kingdom to modern-day America, where she searches for the kiss that will wake her. During a train ride, she encounters Philip, a Mississippi congressman who was once betrothed to her in their youth. To blend in, Aurora poses as a narcolepsy patient and moves into the Hale estate. There, she begins a romance with Philip that connects two very different worlds. As their relationship deepens, she uncovers a family conspiracy and must confront her dark godmother. These challenges force her to act decisively, ultimately leading to the rescue of both her kingdom and the man she loves.
